Overnight Protein Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs sugar free maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - I use @nuzest_aus *
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 2 large spoons of vanilla yoghurt - I use @yoproau *
- + Water to create your fav consistency
