Easy pikelet recipe:
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup self raising flour
1 tbs sugar
Mix the egg & milk together. Add the flour & sugar, stir until combined. Melt 1 tbs butter into frypan & cook 1-2 mins each side. It's that simple 💁♀️
