Chicken & Corn Fritters - the best lunchbox snack & perfect way to use up those roast chicken leftovers 🙌🏼

This recipe is designed specifically to fit inside our krumbsco Air Fryer Muffin Bites Moulds.

Double the recipe if you’d like krumbsco Oven Size Moulds portions.

INGREDIENTS

• 3/4 Cup Shredded Roast Chicken
• 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar)
• 1 Egg
• 1tbsp Milk
• 1/2 Cup Corn
• (Optional) - 1/4 Cup Spring Onion
• 1tsp Onion/Garlic/Paprika Seasonings
  

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl & mix until combined.
2. Add mixture to your krumbsco Muffin Bites Moulds.
3. Cook in the air fryer: 180 degrees, 10-12 mins or until golden.
