These raspberry choc chip cookies we tried last week using up some old, forgotten-about raspberries are next-level good + baking them in the air fryer makes for a quick & easy lunchbox friendly snack! 💪🏼
INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 egg
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cups all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips
- raspberries
METHOD:
- In a bowl combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat until mixed together. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix.
- Then add the flour, salt and baking soda. Mix until just combined and no streaks of flour remain. Mix in the chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Roll into balls and place on your krumbsco Baking Mats, flatten with palm of hand.
- Air fry for 15 mins on 170 degrees.
