hot cross bun bliss balls | recipe

Lunchbox friendly, freezer friendly, kid friendly, mum friendly. Healthier, easier, just as delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup sulatanas
  • 1/4 cup raisins (or extra sultanas)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Method:

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processer until combined
  2. Take a spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until all mixture has been used
  3. Store in the fridge or freezer (if they last that long!)
